Hello Monday – how enjoyable you have been.
It feels so different to be able to stay in bed and watch my husband leave for work. Not that I didn’t watch my husband leave for work from bed most working days – the great part now is that I don’t have to get up 10 minutes later.
I can make myself eggs for breakfast and sit down and watch crappy morning tv whilst I eat them. I can enjoy a hot cup of tea – when I say ‘hot’ I really mean ‘warm’ … I’m not very good at drinking hot drinks, so I could never enjoy a cup of tea before work because I wouldn’t have enough time for it to cool down to a state where I could drink it.
I can choose to use my mad awesome baking skills to whip up some treats for my husband and I can spend hours looking over cook books writing recipe ideas for my next Meal Planning Monday.
I wonder how many Mondays I will enjoy like this before baby arrives? I doubt that baby will be accommodating to me tea consumption needs.
