Samsung Unveils Plans for 2014

Samsung will release a thinner, evolved Galaxy Gear smartwatch with improved new features, possibly including health related functionality hellip Samsung says it has developed commercially viable 60 GHz millimeter wave band Wi Fi technology using the 802.11ad standard that enables data transmission speeds up to Samsung unveiled a new CDMA core network solution that the company expects to commercially offer US wireless network operators Adding on to their already enormous investments into the Southeast Asian country Vietnam Samsung announced plans for a 3 billion smartphone manufacturing plant.
Samsung is one of the biggest smartphone producing companies out there, with plethora amount of both smartphones and tablets in their kitty.

Although, most of Samsung devices have always been seen as a copy of Apple designs or some other smartphone company and this is one perception Samsung is trying to change. To change that perception, Samsung started coming up with its own innovative technology which gave birth to some outstanding features in their Galaxy S series.
To further develop innovation, the North Korean company have decided to go into smartphones with curved displays with high priority for multitasking and multigestures, split screen etc.
One of such curved display is the Galaxy Round. However, Samsung isn't stopping there, another set of all-round curved screen phones just like the concept image below are in queue to be unveiled for 2014.

Already, the company is experimenting with these types of screens and displays and top official who have asked that their names not mentioned have confirmed that 2014 would see a lot of innovation from Samsung especially the 64bit and 128bit architecture processors.
Obviously, we are in for a showdown in technology innovation come 2014. God sparing our lives, we shall see what this Korean tech company alongside Apple, HTC and Google have for us in year 2014
